Tickets are now on sale for a special concert featuring two of Market Harborough's top musical groups. On Saturday July 7th at 7.30pm at Robert Smyth Academy, Market Harborough Orchestra and Choral Society are joining forces to present a concert as a finale to the Choral Society's Golden Anniversary Celebrations.

The concert will feature a first half performance of the famous Mozart Requiem by the Choral Society, accompanied by members of the Orchestra - and a second half in which the Orchestra will perform Schuberts Symphony no 8, the "Unfinished" and one of the most popular of all his symphonies.   The concert will end with the beautiful Finlandia by Slibelius and the Choir and Orchestra performing "Jerusalem" together.
